Mr. Wang Xin, General Manager of SeaFreShare Seafood Supply Chain Service (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.

The economic development has brought changes in the consumption structure of animal protein, safe, nutritional, convenient and personalized consumer products have attracted more and more attention under the background of the rising of Generation Z. Overview of the entire aquatic value chain, aquaculture pre-made food are at the end of the chain and also the closest link to consumer demand. In the past, the feed production sector paid little attention to consumer demand. Now, aquatic products (including aquatic pre-made food) are increasingly becoming the main source of protein for people. Aquaculture industry enterprises must study consumer demand to guide the upgrading of the aquatic supply chain.

How do the changes in the consumption end promote the healthy and sustainable development of aquatic products? What are the key works in the industrial chain layout? What technologies are needed to be integrated for the whole industrial chain? Mr. Wang Xin, the General Manager of SeaFreShare Seafood Supply Chain Service (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., has provided detailed explains for the above questions.
