Nutriera expert was invited to give lectures in China’s Foreign Aid Training Project of Panama

With the official invitation of the Republic of Panama, the China Foreign Aid Training Project “2019 Panama Aquaculture Technology Overseas Training Course” was hosted and held by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and Fujian Institute of Oceanography in Panama. 45 participants from the Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Development of Panama, Aquatic Resources Administration of Panama, Aquaculture Association of Panama, National Agricultural Association of Panama, Fisheries and Agricultural Tourism Association of Panama, Panama University, Panama International Maritime University and other departments participated in the 42-days (6th September - 17th October) training course. Mr. Tab Zhang, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Nutriera Group, was invited to give 5-days training lectures.

On 16th-20th September, Mr. Tab Zhang gave lectures on the "Current Situation of Global Shrimp Industry”, "Design and Construction of Shrimp Hatchery", "Artificial Breeding Technology of Penaeus Vannamei", "Nutrition Demands of Aquaculture Fish and Shrimp”, "Aquafeed Formulation Technology" and "Production Technology of Aquafeed" in the training Course. The officials of the Aquatic Resources Authority of Panama (ARAP) spoke highly of the courses. The courses quoted a large number of pictures and cases to share China's successful experiences on the shrimp breeding and aquafeed industry and provided valuable references for the rapid development of the Panamanian aquaculture industry.

Mr. Tab Zhang accompanied the participants to visit the local vannamei shrimp hatchery and aquafeed production companies in Panama during the training. He shared China's successful experiences about shrimp breeding and aquafeed production, and presented many good development strategies with the visited enterprises.

China's foreign aid training program is an important part of the “The Belt and Road” construction. Nutriera Group has been actively joining the “Belt and Road” to develop the aquaculture industry, and making unremitting efforts to provide safe and healthy aquatic products to the world.
