The EUS (Epizootic Ulcerative Syndrome) disease of snakehead fish is derived from the instability of climate and farming environment deterioration mainly. And climate fluctuation could result in the fish under the stress situation, the worse farming condition would easily promote the outbreak of pathogens during the winter season. 

Fish sampling on February 23, 2019

Fish heads, bodies, and fins showed to rot and smell terrible during sampling on February 23, 2019. There were 2 to 5 pieces of dead fish each day, fish didn’t consume feed, and EUS infection rates of ponds 6 and 8 were respectively 50% and 20%.

3.Solution

Environment:

1. Bottom Master: 3 times/week, 1 kg/acre each time, spread the pellet in the pond.

2. Aqua Joy: 3 times/week, 1 kg/acre each time, splash the solution in the pond evenly after dilute with water. 

Feed supplement:

Program 1: use CareLiver 10g/kg feed + HerbalLife 5g/kg feed, two times per day, keep feeding for 3 days.

Program 2: 3 days later, use CareLiver 10g/kg feed + PondClean 3g/kg feed, two times per day, keep feeding for 3 days.

4.Performance 

Fish sampling on March 4, 2019

The skin wounds started to heal, and the ill and serious fish began to weed out.

Fish sampling on March 20, 2019

The fish becomes strong with rich mucus, the appetite and growth were increasing, the rot is healing.
